Good morning, I hope everyone had a great spring break!
In looking at my schedule for April and May... I will be testing and still having as many classes as I can!
Wednesday, April 18th--- Mrs. Henery and I will be testing ITBS 3rd grade math and reading. The test is 30 mins. each. I will be giving Math only which takes about 45 min. to complete. Mrs. Henery willI be giving Reading and Math which will take about 1 hour and 20 mins. to complete. We will start at 8:15 and as soon as those are complete I will come get my 4th grade class.
April 25th---5th grade will be given CogAT testing. Those will be given by Mrs. Henery, Mrs. Bumgarner and myself. The reading will only take 30 mins. so it will take about 45 mins. to complete. Math will take about 1 hour and 20 mins. and both will take about 2 hours.
On the 26th---4th grade CogAT will be given by Mrs. Henery. Testing will take about the same time as the 5th grade.
I will send individual grade level emails letting you know the numbers of students that will be tested out of each homeroom. For privacy: I will not be able to list those students names.
After the tests are complete and I get them scored I will know who will need further testing from there and will keep you updated on testing dates. If there are any conflicts please let me know so I can plan ahead. With only being here 3 days and trying not to cancel any classes I'm limited on testing time. So please mark your calendars for 5th grade CogAT testing on Wednesday, April 25th as planned (due to DARE graduation on Thursday).
4th grade will be tested on Thursday, April 26th per schedule (due to enrichment on Wednesday).
Linda this lowers our numbers so a proctor will not be needed.
