A few reminders for the Retirement Meeting/BOE Meeting June 4th

Flowers and bows will be delivered on Monday by 3:00. If they do not arrive, please call Donna Gibson

YMCA students need to report to the Art Room after School. The parents need to go to the bus doors to enter the building. They do not need to enter through the Multi-Purpose or Cafe.

Please make sure the folding tables are clean and the floors are vacuumed. I believe all lost and found is out of the room.

They need 3 tables in the cafe for the food and 2 in the multi-purpose room for the plaques

I told Donna about the air in the multipurpose room, she is contacting Joe to inquire on the timeline of the air getting repaired.
